Harbourside Milonga with Tango Con Fuoco & Tango Note27 Jul 2014BristolSashay your way to No.1 Harbourside this July for an evening of live music and dance. Whether you just want to savour the atmosphere or tango the night away, all are welcome to join.Tango Con Fuoco will transport you to the backstreet Milonga clubs of Buenos Aires as Mirek Salmon’s evocative accordion plays off Mike Willox’s expressive piano and Dave Guy’s double bass. This new trio explores the passionate heritage of the tango and delivers it with full-blooded commitment. Tango Note teachers will kick start the evening with a taster session of basic Tango steps, while DJ Mariposa will keep the party flowing between sets from the band. Entry is free but please give generously to the entry bucket! All donations go straight to the band.
